Murugan together with Chef Hamizi Hamid, Chef de Cuisine, will be bringing all those delicious Malaysia kampung dishes kambing gulai kawah, daging dendeng, udang sambal petai, sup gearbox, kambing gulai kawah and lots more. Let's start to an appetising spread of salads, kerabu, ulam-ulam, and many other delicious bites among them is the much awaited lemang <3









Among the additional specialties you can look forward are the nasi kurma ayam cincang berempah, braise beef short ribs Malay style, mee udang galah, asam laksa ikan kembung, popia basah sambal ikan bilis, chicken teriyaki skewer, sotong kangkung and fish head noodle soup.






The buffet also presents a variety of Chinese, Indian and Western fare. Dig into Chinese specialties prepared under the mentorship of like Uncle Hn'g chicken and duck rice balls, soy sauce egg, Nyonya style otak-otak, mantis prawn with salted egg. While the Indian section offers kari kepala ikan, dalca tulang kambing, ayam masak al Chettinad, sotong goreng 65 and many more.


















Over at the Western corner, dig into items such as seafood marinara pasta, smoked salmon with chive mashed potato, and sheperd's pie among others.

















Not forgetting all the mouth-watering desserts consisting of traditional Malay & Nyonya kuih, the all-time favourite pengat durian, pengat pisang, and lots more prepared by Chef Abu Bakar Bin Yusop, Pastry Chef and his pastry team.
